How long does this process take to have our property evaluated for improvements and restoration?

Every property is different and deserves to be walked in its entirety to best understand your needs. We walk each property and take measurement to ensure that the proper quote and expected results are fully understood. From here we can best give you an idea of when we can start and complete your property.

A property I manage is not local to me. Can you assess it without me being present?

Of course! We do this very often for our clients who manage properties in multiple states. We are happy to get you a full assessment and take an eagle eyed look to make sure there is nothing you may have missed as well.
